The only thing that works in these apartments are the lights. Except when a storm comes within 100 miles of the apartment complex. Maintenance, ha ha ha what maintenance' On occasion our tap water is brown due to a busted pipe that keeps the parking area in front of our apartment an inch deep in water. The pipes rattle when using hot water. I have masking tape on the carpet marking a path where the floor doesn't creak in hopes of not disturbing the people below us. Do I need to mention that you can hear everything' Such as neighbors in the restroom and other things along those lines. It's not the particular apartment we live but all of them. Everyone I've talked to that lives in this dump has said almost the same things. One guy even mentioned the swarm of termites that get into his apartment on a regular basis. Fairway Ridge is a complete ripoff. Outrageous prices for Ghetto livin`.
