These are the only high points of the apartment complex, as I am 5-7 minutes from everything. This is likely why they can gouge people for $649 for a 1000 square foot apartment, the only positive being that the bedrooms are at opposite sides of the apartment. The kitchen is so small only one person can effectively cook at a time, so for those who are kitchen vultures such as myself this will not do. The tiny patio on the back is nice as long as you have an upstairs apartment. Pest control consists of them spraying outside, NEVER inside unless you ask specifically. Fortunately, my cat loves to eat the roaches that come in every spring. The fitness room is a joke, the jacuzzi is lukewarm, and the place fills up with college students every year who do not know how to park and like to be loud and throw up in the parking lot.
