I recently moved into Verandas on the Green (formerly Fairway Ridge). The prices were very comparable with the other places in Aiken, everything in Aiken is old but well kept, this apartment was really nice and big for the money. The office people were very warm and inviting and the area seems really nice and quiet. I look forward to the changes the staff talked about(new gated entrance, coffee bar, tile in the apartments) but we'll see if it really happens. So far I love coming home here!
