The listing on these websites makes this apartment complex a bit more spectacular than they really are. It's well under normal. I've lived here for a year and I have good and bad things to say. The apartment has plenty of space, it's fairly energy efficient, and it's located in a beautiful setting. However, we've come across many problems with our apartment. While the maintenance team comes right away, they aren't as effective and they should be. We've had leaks in our bathrooms numerous times, and it took them over 6 months to finally fix them. We couldn't even use our second bathroom for the first 6 months. Our air conditioning took 5 times to fix, but I'm happy to say it's correctly working now. The kitchen is a joke, with space for only one person. A brand new dishwasher is featured in these photos; in reality, you get a cheap old dishwasher that's noisy. The washer and dryer connections are featured in the master bedroom's bathroom which makes for having a roommate almost impossible. Not to mention there is no light in this laundry space, and getting your washer and dryer into this tiny space takes an extreme amount of effect. Bugs, cockroaches, and other pesty rodents will be found in this apartment on a daily basis. I believe we are paying too much for what we are given. The fitness room is allright, but much smaller than it appears on this website. The jacuzzi is more like a kiddy bath. While I haven't experience much loud noise from neighbors, these apartments are old and you can hear just the slightest walking movements from neighbors above.
