If you were homeless you still would not want to stay at this roach infested place. The walls are like paper and you can hear everything going on outside and in your neighbor s apartment. The heat and air will work in one room but not the entire house. If you like living on the bottom floor would not recommend this community because your apartment will probably flood whenever it rains. So if you like walking on the beach that is exactly what you will get if you live on the first floor when your apartment floods. The property is very OLD and is falling apart. I have moved on several occasions and have never experienced the nightmare that I experienced from living at this community. Don't waste your money or time looking at this OLD community.
The property manager (Her name starts with ------is only out for herself and will lie to your face to cover herself. Don't let her woo you into a lease from hell. As a matter of fact run in the opposite direction if you want to live under normal conditions. Now unless you like having pet roaches, and it doesn't bother you if your a/c and heat only works in certain rooms, and if the drainage system backs up to the point where you smell the sewer every time you walk in your bathroom, and don't care if your furniture gets ruined if it rains too hard and your apartment gets flooded, then this is the perfect place for you. My friends even Joe the Plummer wouldn't want to live here (I mean maybe he could fix the sewer problem) but this is your final warning. Stay away far away I really mean far away from Verandas on the Green.

I have been living here for years and have never had a roach problem yes you are going to see some now and again it is normal everyone gets one on occassion maybe you are just a nasty person and don't know rules about cleanliness!!
