if you really want anything done, have a complaint about safety, maintanence,staff, landscaping, etc., you need to contact the upper management to get anything done. and that's not always a done deal. after living here 2 years and being promised new flooring throughout since day one, we still don't have it all. no new cabinets as promised and the pesticide problem is rediculous. the only way we have gotten anything done was to complain to upper management. people roam the parking lots at night, we don't know if they live here or not. they raise the rent whenever they want. all in all I don't recommend these apts. the only thing positive I can say is that they have the largest sq.ft. in town and the air filters are changed monthly. definitely look these over before considering.
