My Husband and I moved into the Ashton Park Apartments approximately one month ago. The staff is friendly, and all maintenance issues have been resolved promptly. Parking in the rear of the complex, in buildings 700, 800 and 900 is an absolute nightmare. Residents have resorted to parking in the car wash area, on the turn around, and even directly on the lawn. Noise levels are typical of any apartment complex. A wonderful feature is that the mailboxes are located at each building, allowing you to skip an extra stop on your way home. Rent is high but equal with what is offered. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is approximately 850 square feet with a large, open kitchen, living room, a fabulous sun room which doubles as our study, a large bedroom with a FABULOUS walk-in closet, laundry closet, and a very spacious bathroom with a garden tub.

The complex does allow cats, and dogs of all sizes, with a limit of two pets. A $175 pet fee is required, which is non refundable. There is not a monthly pet rent fee however, which is a plus. *Most* residents clean up after their pets, and rarely is there any noise from either pets or people after 10 P.M. making this a fairly lovely place to live. I would recommend this apartment complex to friends and family.
