Construction is very cheap!!

You can hear everything!! I can hear my nieghbors going to the bathroom!! Whatever genius designed the floorplan put the washer and dryer in the master bedroom! I can hear my nieghbors doing thier laundry at midnight!! Everyone speeds through the complex like crazy.
Talk about being a college dorm, it's like they just rent to anyone here.
It's full of college kids from Anderson College.
The people in my building party all the time.
The management up in the office mine as well party with them, bc when I call they don't do anything about it! The manager just looks at you with this blank emotionless stare on her face, like she just completly clueless on what's going on.
Thank goodness I only did a 6 month lease! No one in the office seems to have a clue except the maintenance staff.
At least thier friendly!! Oh yeah, and the pool is closed all the time!

Hi There,
This is the Asthon Park Management Office. We are sorry to hear that you have concerns. We haven't received a complaint in a couple of months about "partying" in specific buildings and we take all noise complaints seriously. Residents are given instructions on how to contact the courtesy officer for after hours noise complaints. If there is still an ongoing issue at your building we would like to know so we can address.
The Pool is closed because of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act, a Federal Law, which mandates all pools to be retrofitted with new drain covers and inspected by DHEC before reopening. All residents were notified on 3/09/09. Estimated date of pool opening is May 1st, 2009 (we are at the mercy of the contractors and DHEC scheduling) or you can enjoy yourself at Sheppard's Swim Center (indoor and outdoor pool facility)located conveniently across the street.
