I have lived here under two sets of office staff and was happy with neither of them - the first were slack and the current office manager is a con artist. She will break the law to scam you out of your money if you let her - I had to get an attorney involved to resolve an issue with her. Her superior was very nice and took care of the problem immediately after we called and called for two days to get in touch with her.

Read your lease very carefully, front and back, so that you know exactly what you are getting into and can defend yourself if the need arises. The office staff do not understand their own policies and they are never friendly or professional if there is a problem they need to fix.

The maintenance guys are very friendly but are sometimes difficult to get in touch with, even in emergencies. They know what they are doing for the most part.

Some buildings lack sufficient parking and this can become a problem if your neighbors or your neighbors? friends are inconsiderate. And pray that you do not have bad neighbors because you will hear it if they are being noisy.

The courtesy officer is very friendly and efficient and takes care of the problem when called upon. The only problem is that you?ll have to go to the trouble of calling him more often than you?d like.

My experience here has been horrible. I would not recommend these apartments for responsible adults who demand respect from their neighbors and the office staff. After living here for one year under a tight budget, I can honestly say that it is worth the extra money to go elsewhere.
