I've been here three years now and have NEVER even been late with my rent. Mostly I pay a few months in advance. Yet I'm treated by management as though this is the projects and the government supports us and we are awarded some favor for living here. Rent is $550 per mo. way too high for all of the problems. The community has been bought out and changed at least 4 times since I moved here. Office staff most of the time is rude and inconsiderate. I have placed several calls for several reasons and never get a return. Maintenance persons are nice but not helpful. Every thing is a patch job. Air does not work upstairs in townhouse apartments and never has. It's always hot up there, to hot to even sleep. They won't fix it they said cause the apts. were built in 1970. Response from anyone for anything is very delayed if you get a response at all. Parking is worse than I've ever seen. I've had to park 1/4 mile away a few times. Grounds are not very well kept. Pool is down a lot of the time and has stuff growing in it. Every year the health department gives them a problem about opening the pool. They don't disclose why. Tennis courts are not maintained at all. The mailboxes are about to fall in a 20 foot ditch. I can't stress enough how rude the head leasing agent is. She is a total B****, and I've never even met her. That's only over the phone. Although she did tell some of my neighbors I was being evicted due to late rent. She then apologized b/c she mistook me for a different tennant.
