Country Club

We have lived here for two years. The carpet was horrible, dishwasher never worked, leak in the ceiling which has never been fixed. We have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath and can only use the one bathroom and the half bath due to the water leak in the pantry and kitchen. We have called the health department and they said nothing. We contacted the managers about the mold in the apartments and air conditioning vents and now the new contracts make you sign a mold agreement. what horseshit. Upstairs is hotter than hell and they know that too. They said the reason is because there are holes in the air venting through the walls and the air is being trapped in the walls. If they know the problem, why the hell don't they fix them. This place is absolutly horrible and we shouldn't be paying as much as we do because nothing works. They don't think mold is a problem, but when you start getting sick all the time, you know thats exactly what it is. Look at your air conditioner and see all of the black mold coming out..... This is a serious saftey hazard for everyone and I am going to contact the OWNER of the property yet again.....
