This place is needs help bad. I have put in maintenance request bad in March and nothing was done. The office staff tells you things you want to hear to get you out of the office, like I was. I wanted a new counter top for the kitchen because they paint them instead of replacing them. I was told the regional manager was coming to look at some of the units because many people complained about the painted counter tops. The property manager is never here to talk about the problems and the regional office is no help as well. I have e-mailed and called them for the last two months with no return call or e-mail. If you ask for repairs to be done it might be done then again it might not, but if you are last on the rent they make sure they get there money. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM COUNTRY CLUB!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank God I only signed a 6 month lease because when my 6 months is over I will be gone just have to wait till July.
