The worst mistake we made was moving to country club homes in anderson. From the day we moved in we had problems with the maintenance of the apartment to the management!
Heck we had water pouring thru our ceiling and they just wanted to fix the ceiling not the leak!!.....we had a leaking water tank for 8 months!!....to get ANYTHING done here meant getting nasty with them or going over their heads to S. D BELL....even they at times were useless, they dont want to spend ANY money at all....its a slum and a drug neighbour, not the safe and quiet place they advertise. Heck we had paid a deposit a month in advance on this empty apartment at the time and it was still not ready when we moved in!!...they lied to us, showed us their "show apartment"...told us that all our apartments look like this and ALL apartments have washer/dryer connections..HA LIES AND BULLCHIT....no washer/dryer connection here...look at their floor plans....more lies!!!..everytime we asked to see our apartment prior to moving in there was an excuse!!!...DO NOT MOVE TO COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS!!!Worst mistake we made, cant WAIT to get out of here when our lease is up!!
