I thought I would like living in this apartment, and I don't complain much because that's not who I am, but something must be said. The apartment I was shown,was really nice and had been recently fixed up. The apartment leased to me was not so nice. Management is nice to your face and seem very helpful, however I am not happy with any of their services. I have had pest problems with no assistance afer several calls. The windows are drafty; there is a huge crack under the front door so when the landscapers come by with the leaf blower, I have to sweep up the leaves! The dishwasher doesn't work half the time, the carpet desparately needs to be replaced, half of the bi-fold doors are off their track and the manager told me that they were fixed like that! 2 of the 3 sinks leak and 1 of the 2 toilets leaks. The shower upstairs leaks through the ceiling into the living room and when they 'repaired' it, they simply recaulked the shower and painted over the water stains. The 'repair' lasted for almost a week.
