Lived here for 7 months. They try to make it comfortable, but are lacking. The floors are wood, so it sounds like baby elephants above you. People lack respect and throw cigarette butts down from balconies above. They will also throw garbage in the back of your truck if you have one. The closet space is small. You have to pay for your own water and it is with a company in another state, they charge by square foot, so if you leave early you won't get much of a break from those people. All in all, the ONLY thing is it is close to Clemson Blvd. and everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
