In case you missed my response to the last person....I'm not sure of what planet you dropped out of, but you obviously have issues. While I don't share your enthusiasm, I totatally feel a change was long over due and the best thing they could have done as far as getting new maintenance people. I can't tell you how many times I had to have the same lady come out and fix my air conditioning only to have it go out over and over again. I think she was useless anyway, and so did most of the people who live here! It seems like the management is finally taking an interest in making changes. They have been doing a lot of work outside around the ladscapping, and it looks a whole lot better. The girls in the office have always been nice and seem to be able to help when I need soabout damn time we had someone that knows how to fix things around here! mething. Atleast they get back to me when I have a question about something rather than telling me they will be back and never show up like the past maintenance staff has. I hope this new guy they have stays around for a long time, he seems to know what he's doing. It's about damn time we got somebody who knows how to fix things around here!!!! How many good maintenance people left Raintree due to the fact of one maintenance woman working there? If you can't figure that one out her name is Connie. I know for a fact that they have HIRED & FIRED TWO PEOPLE in LESS THEN A MONTH,and there's an ad in the paper that's been in there for a week! Get RID OF CONNIE,and maybe you'll have good maintenance!
