After living in Shadow Creek for two years....we couldn't wait to relocate. We loved living there for the first year and a half, but when new management moved in it all changed. The maintenance staff was awesome and very on top of getting things completed for us. Having to deal with the new manager was very difficult because she was often rude and disrespectful to us. Trying to get a reoccurring problem fixed with her was near impossible. We felt that we were constantly blown off about certain issues. It was very frustrating trying to talk with her because there was always an excuse for what had not been done. The lighting on the garage side of the parking lot was horrible. We were promised for over a year that lights were being put up, but they still were not there when we moved. Having to walk a dog at night was scary and very uncomfortable being alone.
Before Jennifer and Tisha left we loved the living situation, but we can't say that about the new management.
