I have lived here for several years and love it. The manager who started in September is the original manager, Barbara. She was always good about making sure that Shadow Creek was a peaceful, quiet and lovely place to live. Very professional. If you have a problem, just go talk to her and she'll take care of it. I like the fact that she enforces the pet rules and if you let her know someone is not picking up after their pet, she will make them or they have to get rid of the pet. As someone who does not have a dog, I appreciate not stepping in the pet waste unlike other apartment complexes around here! The grounds are spotless and always clean. I have no problem with parking, especially since you can rent a garage. If someone is noisy, all you have to do is call the courtesy officer. Maintenance is 100%! I like the extra lights that have been installed near the retention pond. Best apartments in Anderson
