Lived in apartment for same management company in Florida, transferred my lease to this property... I have never lived in an apartment as bad as this place. The office is always closed, there is one person in office, which is the manager. Office hours are supposed to be Mon-Fri till 4pm, and closed on the weekends. The only time they are open everyday like their hours say is from the 1st to the 6th when rent is due. The maint. person is the slowest and worst I have ever seen. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean, carpets hadn't even been vacuumed let alone cleaned. Overall, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This place is not maintained at all, still has the old 70's wallpaper & stove... I can't wait till my lease is up so I can get out of this place.

I Agree with you on this. I have already put one in for 2003 till 2007 for the one in SC. My problem was they never enforced the dogs being on a leash for the property like the lease states. I got evicted for standing up for that by using my web cam to take a picture, (Cause I never had a camera of any kind) there for I was asked to leave when my short term lease was up. Not to mention that my car was broken into and radio equip. was stolen. Always cars coming and going at all hours of the night with loud music(these cars lived on the property). I will never suggest any body for these places in this country.

The place in Florida was much nicer. I guess it's all in who is managing the property. I haven't had anyone break into my car, there has been some break in's recently in the front of the complex. My husbands truck was hit in the parking lot, then the people drove off. Our lease is up the first of next month, and we have yet been able to get a hold of the management to give them our notice to move out. We rec'd a letter on our door last week stating we have to now go month to month which is $150 more a month, and we have to pay an add'l month's rent to move out, if we don't pay it they can press charges against us and take us to court for the add'l month's rent.. WTF is that? In all my years of renting apartments, I have NEVER heard this. When your lease is up, you move out... If you go month to month you give them 30 days written notice and move out..... I'm done with this place......

Hi, the only thing I would add to this is that it is standard to have to give a 30 day notice when you are moving out, even if you are moving at the end of your lease. I work in the apartment industry and it pains me to see so many people have this misconception, they walk into the office with thier keys on the day that thier lease is up and are blindsided when we tell them that we have to charge through a 30 day notice. I am telling you this so that, when you move, if you move to another apartment community, you will be prepared and won't have to pay an extra 30 days that you hadn't planned on paying. Good luck!
