Well, Dee Lowery, Complex Manager, is horrible.
She was never visible or on-site.
My wife and I never met Dee until we were transferred to Spartanburg.
Breaking the lease required Dee's permission and she acted as if releasing us from the lease was a HUGE favor.
I made it very clear that my company would be transferring me in six-months and we needed a six-month lease.
The maintenance men worked accordingly, and reacted promptly when required.
We never had any difficulties with maintenance or the grounds.
But, once night fell, all the idiots with their loud music, motorcycles, and partying took over the premises.
All complaints pertaining to noise were never enforced.
If one needed a party broken-up or neighbors from playing loud music, they needed to call the Anderson police.
In Anderson there are two-places never to rent, Tanglewood Apartments and RainTree Apartments.
If Tanglewood, Dee Lowery, is horrible, then RainTree apartments should be closed by Anderson authorities.
