The only redeeming quality about living here is ..... I can't even think of one thing.

The maintenace department is very shady. Our toilet was overflowing in the tank, but the maintenance lady said it was our fault. I don't even know how or why someone would break their toilet so that the tank would overflow constantly!! The hot water heater is so small and takes so long to reheat that you had better take 3 minute showers and not plan to run the dishwasher but once a day. The maintenance lady also spies on the tenants for the management. There were times that My husband was doing laundry, then would go to the office to wait, and the management would already know that he was on his way. this lady was also spotted peering into apartments while there was no one at home!!!!

The walls are paper-thin. We could hear our next-door neighbor snoring at night, and playing his guitar in his livingroom. We could hear our downstairs neighbor's cats meowing!

The management is the worst part of it all. Through no fault of my own, I lost my job a week before Christmas in Anderson and we could no longer afford our apartment. The management was not sympathetic in any way, and even when I went up a level to the MAAC district level, no one was willing to hear me out. The manager then accused us of falsifying maintenance complaints! None of the staff has any respect for the tenants, especially not if you have a complaint. They talk to you like you are stupid and wasting their time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIVING HERE!! There are other apartments with nicer amenities, better construction, and BETTER STAFF!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!
