I have lived here for 4 years and we have went through employees in the office and maintenance like you would change underwear, the manager now is never here and you can't talk to her when you need to, the weekend person is an idiot, you ask her something and she can't answer and then talks your head off about her personal issues that no one cares to hear. The maintenance guys are pretty good now compared to the last guy that was here all he did was talk on his phone all day...The assitant to the office manager has a great personality but does not want you to bother her with problems and that is all I have had in my apartment is problems problems problems that never seem to get fixed on time because when I call no one tells the maintenance person that I have a problem lack of communication is what I call it.
