Very noisy. Dirty. Poor condition. The caulking around my bathtub was not intact and bugs crawled in. Carpet was falling apart at the edges and they never fixed even though the maintenance man said he'd be back. Of course this was after he'd been over a second time to work on my AC. My AC bill was $200 in the summer and 160 in winter for a 1 bedroom apartment. I could hear the lady upstairs walking around and she was not obese.

My rent was 530.00/month for the 9 month lease. When my lease expired, they offered me a month to month lease for 660.00/month or 630/month x 3 month lease. And you have to give them 60 days notice.

Parking became intolerable. Sometimes you would have to park several buildings away. Management was rude and inflexible. Feral cats around and dog excrement. I can go on and on, but don't live here is the most applicable comment I can make.
