I lived there for a total of 6 months and I loved the area, friendly and quiet apartment complex. The price for it was very cheap, but you can't take my word since I now live in DC where it cost over 1000 for a 2 bd/1bth so anything is cheap in my book. If you had a problem and called in the maintence workers showed up within a couple of hours or less. Everything on the outside was always kept real nice, also the lease office would throw a pool party once a month down by the pool during the summer so you can meet any new neighboors that moved in that month. All in all it was one of the nicest places I lived in when I was visiting SC. I give this place a good reference to anyone.
