When I first moved in at the beginning of 2006 it was fantastic. There was a gate on the complex which is now removed as order of the fire marshall because it apparently made it difficult for a fire truck to get in. Since the gate was removed the complex has gone slightly down hill. Its more vacant now, not as many people live here and some of the people who do aren't who you want to be your neighbors. We have a pack of 10 teenagers who hang out in our parking lot skateboarding, being loud and obnoxious, littering, etc. As far as the apartments themselves they are beautiful and have very attractive prices for what you are getting. If the neighbors were better I would highly recommend it.
