I have lived at the Hamptons for almost 7 months now. I have a 2bd/2ba apartment on the 3rd floor and can not complain about any noises. The apartment is very spacious and the rent is a good deal compared to surrounding apartment prices. This is not a luxury apartment community as the amentities are lacking. The pool was closed early this year because the management made a "no alcohol" in the pool area rule and people continued to break it, so they closed the pool in the middle of august and everyone in the complex had to do without. The work out room is small but functional. The office staff is friendly, and maintanence fixed any problems I reported immediately. The grounds are not attractive and there is dog poop everywhere, people are suppose to pick up the poop, but the apartment managers will not allow the staff to put out bags or anything to encourage disposal. Overall this is a good place to live if price is an important factor in your decision.
