I have lived her for two years. When I first moved in, the complex was much nicer and cleaner. In the past year, there have been residents moving in that are rude, trash the place, kids everywhere in the parking lot skateboarding, groups of teenagers at night in the parking lot. It has really gone down hill and there is trash everywhere. When addressed to the staff, am being told the problem is taken care of, but it remains the same. The girls are super nice, but don't feel like they follow up with what they say. I have lived in several apartment communities and the walls here seem super thin. Can here people's conversations, tv's, music, people actually going to the bathroom, etc.

Get a damn House..Stop complaining actually get up and do something about it. I mean like seriously what do you Really Expect living in an apartment complex....If you dont like living here move out...the world is so full of complainers that do nothing to contribute to their society but say negative things...TRY MAKING some NOISE of your OWN...if you know what I mean, seriously LIFE is too Short:)

In response to positve101: you are rude. My husband and I live here because it is convenient. We moved to the upstate for school and happen to live in this community. I should not have to listen to the ignorant people of this neighborhood and I expect the management to do a fair amount of work to fix it, but unfortunately, they are hardly in the office and don't care. There is no way everyone can buy a house, especially not if they are going to be living in an area for only 2.5 years. You may want to check your logic again and realize that some of us need to live in an apartment. We are well educated and happen to realize that renting is lame, but for the time being, it's the only option. I think it's people like yourself that blame everyone else for issues in society and honestly I don't see how someone expecting more from their leasing office is a drag on society. Perhaps you should take a sociology lesson and learn some more about real issues. Have a good day.

The more I think about the response from "POSITIVE 101", the funnier it becomes to me. Just going back and reading that post, and the name of the poster. The response and "POSITIVE 101" just don't go together. Seriously, I am just in such laughter, this has made my day! Thank you "POSITIVE 101" for the comedy. But on a more serious note, for you as a person, I will keep you in my prayers. You really don't sound like that happy of a person. God Bless.
