The apartments are average but don't expect any response from the Property Manager. I have been trying to get Jessica to contact me for weeks. The entrance gate is anyoing. It is broken often and provides no additional security. Why bother'

I think you just like to complain. I'm a resident here and I love it. The maintenance takes care of everything in a timely manner, the office staff is always nice and helpful. Nicole is the best, she is my favorite! The gate was broken for one week and since then it has worked perfectly fine! No one promised you additional security! When you move in they tell you it is not meant to be a security feature. The apartments are amazing, you will not find another apartment community in the area like this one! Sounds to me like you might be fussing because you didn't get special treatment. 9 times out of 10 when someone like you complains it is because you're rent is late and you don't want to pay the late fee or you moved out and didn't follow move out guidelines. My advice to you is get over yourself!

I can???t speak for the person you are being critical about, but I can say this much for myself. In our case, our rent is always paid when due, and we follow the rules. My experience with maintenance was much different from yours. Also, while the buildings look the same, they seem to vary in quality. Some buildings have sufficient parking, while others do not. I agree, security gates like these are not really security. You wrote your reply on September 9th saying how good the gate works. As you can see, the gate had serious problems on September 11th. In my 6 months here, the gate has had many problems.
Even with that said, I believe that those that do much of the work here are simply understaffed for the size complex that Walden Oaks is becoming. When we, and probably you arrived, they were only about 30% full. However, as more people have moved in, it has stressed the limitations of the staff. It is more of a top management issue, than the local staff, and I think on that, you would agree. They do the best they can with what the Bell company gives them.
I would also venture that when these units were built, there were probably several contractors involved, as is often the case. Though the plans are the same, the quality varies from which building was built by which crew.
I have generally kept quiet and not complained, but with some of problems that are now developing, I have decided (for the first time) to speak up.
I hope the Bell Company takes this to heart, and fixes these problems for their own, and their residence, benefit.
I???m glad you have had a good experience, and I don???t doubt it for a moment. It really depends on what part of the complex you live.
