Large rats round apts

I am just sick to say that I have now see two large rats in the last week running around the apartment buildings in the evenings.
It appears that the management company has no interest in hearing about or correcting issues or conditions of these apartment buildings.
This is advertised as a great place to bring your family and make a home.
There are no enforced standards here i.e.
Some of the apts have car shades taped up in place of curtains or blinds.
Dont be fooled by the adds about life here.
This is a new community that is going down fast and it is dirty and the management does nothing they say.
Spend your money and sign a contract and find out for yourself.

My wife and I have been here for close to a year now and I honestly must say that this comment can't be describing Walden Oaks. We love it here! The management staff is very friendly and personable. I mainly want to just say about the previous comment is that this property is Very clean and beautiful. It has really come far since the new management took over.

I have been at Walden Oaks for almost 2 years now, I moved in when they first opened. I have never seen any of these things and can not believe the managers would not act on any information provided.
