I lived at these apartments for over a year. I rented site unseen because I was moving from across the country and had nothing but hassle frome these people from the beginning. I only chose this place because I had to go off of what I saw on the internet and there was only one other complex listed at the time. The staff was completely unhelpful when I was trying to move, I had to continually call them back in order to get updates on the apartment that I was going to rent as well. Even after I moved in there was never communication from the staff. The maintenance really is a joke, and I agree with the previous person who posted that they do pass judgment. They pass judgment on where you work, what you drive and things like that. And they do find every reason to keep your security deposit as well, and that's coming from my own experience as well as friends with the same issue. It's way overpriced and not worth it.
