I have lived in The Oaks for a little over two years now and I have to say that ever since the new management team took over, it has been a real pleasure to live here. They are very friendly and are a major improvement as to the people that were there before (which I don t even want to get into how they were before). I do have to comment on the other posts and disagree. Thus far, I have not had a problem with maintenance: I had a leak under my kitchen sink and they fixed it the same day. I really hate to see other people bad mouth where I live just because they didn t get their deposit they probably deserved it. I am still living here and plan on staying here until I am stationed somewhere else. I would defiantly recommend other people to live here and it is well worth the rent. The service Now is wonderful and I am very happy that I am living here. I hope this helps.
