I have lived here since 2006 and don't have much to complain about, except for one thing...the parking situation. It has gotten worse over the years. There are not enough spaces for all of the residents (obviously a poor design plan). The first step in solving this problem was requiring all residents to register their vehicle with the office and place a decal on the windshield to differentiate residents from visitors. I believe the management was also going to look into some sort of roving security to monitor the parking lots, but I don't this has been implemented yet. The decals serve no useful purpose since there are too many cars for the spaces, which just forces residents to park in the guest spots and even on the curbs (or wherever they can squeeze their vehicle in). I also believe their is supposed to be separate parking spaces for motorcycles but I know for a fact that motorocycles are taking up whole spots. It's very frustrating at times. There are single-car garages but there are very few and there is a wait list in place for them (they also cost $120/month on top of rent). I don't know if there is an adequate solution, but prospective renters need to take this into consideration. Otherwise, I have really had no other issues with the apartments.
