While living there many times if you got home after about 7pm you would have to park in guest parking far away and walk a good distance to your apartment. The staff and management used to be great when we moved in but sucked once the new manager took over. The pool was out of service all the time. Someone broke a treadmill so they locked the gym down for a while. They threatened to charge us $150.00 because someone was letting their dog poop on the lawn and not picking it up (The poop was the size of our 5lbs dog). A/C broke during the a hot time it took them 2 weeks to fix it they kept saying it was fixed but it wasn't and we would have to keep calling back down. The garbage disposal also broke the fixed that very quickly though but it soon stopped working again. Hope this helps someone save a little dough.
