I've lived here for about 7 months now and it's not really a bad neighborhhod. It's quiet during the day but after about 3:00 it gets noisy because of all the kids who play outside in the parking lot instead of at the playground. The playground sucks so I can't blame them. There's a slide a few benches and a little tire swing. Other than that the neighborhood looks very nice. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The inside of the aprtments is really nice for the price. Oh yeah, when people are in the breeze way you can hear every word they say! The kids in my building stomp down the steps in the morning on their way to school and it aggrevates me because my son is still asleep. The apartments are in the woods and the only things within walking distance are the high school and a few doctors offices. So, if you don't mind a little noise in the evening and living in a secluded area then I would recommend Waterford Cove.
