I love it here! I have lived here for three months and I like living here. The management is so nice. They started having a personal trainer (free to the residents) in the gym Monday through Friday every week. The maintenance staff is professional and the property is very quiet.

Way too expensive The apartments are nice, but are totally not worth the money. $950 a month in rent for a 3 bdrm apartment. Then $300 pet fee if you have an animal under 30lbs and $600 for one over over 30lbs. On top of that there are rediculous fees for any and everything. There is not enough

I do NOT recommend the Oaks apartments. I would not recommend the Oaks apartments for these reasons:
- current management is unresponsive to your needs
- current management will try to force you to get the apartment professionally cleaned before you move out even though it is not a requirement

Can get a good house in the area for cheaper don't waste your money. While living there many times if you got home after about 7pm you would have to park in guest parking far away and walk a good distance to your apartment. The staff and management used to be great when we moved in but sucked

I love it here I am not sure what that last comment was about because I have a dog (63 lovable pounds) and only paid $300 (which is pretty standard around here). I really dont think that the last comment was made by a person who actually lives here because not only is all of the pricing way off
