Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
when i first moved in everything was great. then, I noticed things like the pools were always dirty, the exercise rooms were dirty and most machines were out of order. when I reported these things they took weeks to fix - and they were supposed to be "perks." the office staff is flakey and has changed numberous times since 2001. My apartment is ok maintenance wise, but there are a few things that need help. it always takes maintenance a few days to do anything, I'd rather do it myself. Rent is pricey for off island. you can now get a cheaper apt on the island, and probably a nicer staff!
