I was arriving late for my first night at the new apartment. Lisa, the manager, confirmed by phone that she would unlock my door and leave the key inside. After finding my door locked, I spent an hour in the parking lot waiting for maintenance to let me in. Lisa could not be reached by phone to verify my lease. Long story short Holiday inn express made $80 off me. Next morning got the keys. The apt was filthy, hadn't even been cleaned from last residents....refused that apt! Went to first day of new job a few hours later. Called Lisa from work. Assured me that she would put me in a new apt. Same game...... new apt was locked, took 1 1/2 hrs to get key. Apt (the hospitality sweet) was also filthy with pet stains, roaches, torn and broken furniture, huge holes (2ft x 3ft) in the linoleum, carpet looks like the mat you get with the "Twister" game with all the different colored spots everywhere. Apt not cleaned since past residents. For what they charge for rent, your money is much better spent elsewhere. I hope this entry has saved someone the troubles I had to go through!
