There really is nothing to special about this place. When I lived there, the staff used to be helpful. I've heard now they have new staff who just seem to "be there" so they have a body in the office. Management seemed lazy, phoney and very difficult to deal with. They never had anything promised; grills, benches, etc. Parking is HORRIBLE and never addressed. Maybe it is better now since everyone is moving out. The complex is very poorly lit. The walls are extremely thin. You can literally hear your neighbor if they sneeze or flush the toilet. I will say that maintenance is wonderful and calls are handled quickly. Overall: They reel you in and they crap on you at renewal or when you move out. Big deal -- they pick up your trash at your door twice a month! Who cares!! That is not as important as some other living issues. And the tanning bed with free tanning - don't be fooled. You pay a $100 membership for amenities at move in. Never any towels and only available during office hours and they close at 6pm every day. But the most discouraging aspect is when you go to renew your lease where they increase the rent to where it is outrageous and unaffordable. Good luck if you choose to live here!

I dont agree at all I have lived here for about 5 months now and they are great the office staff is helpful all except the manager. She is the only one I have any problem with. I have heard that the rest of the people that live in here agree with me but the rest of the staff is great and friendly

the tanning bed doesn't even work. i asked them to change the bulbs and they said they changed them last year and are good for another 2 years...yeah right. i pay $25/month to go down the street to tan, when i'm suppose to have this free tanning bed.
