I dont know what happened but the manager is losing it. the area around the apartments is dirty and it takes a long time before it is cleaned we have people complaining about the manager all of the time. the office people are nice and try to be helpful (sometimes) but the manager does not allow them to help us out she wants us all to suffer! we wnet to sign a renewal for 6 months until our house was built and she surprised us buy telling us our rent went up. she never let us know that before when she sent us renewal letters she just sprung it on us and we got stuck because we had no where else to go in the next 30 days. She has an attitude problem and said it was our fault for not asking if our rent went up. Isnt it the apartments responsability to let us know rent has increased' I am not happy here with Joey as the manager she needs to leave and the place would be great.

I completely disagree with what this unhappy person is saying. In my experience here at the Lakes I have never had a problem with the office manager. She always goes above and beyond for us and our needs. If they have had such a problem with the manager and the way things are run here, then why were they going to renew in the first place??

They have a new management team now. The owners were fed up with the previous manager's work, which was poor and led to an array of problems. They new staff is wonderful, very considerate and professional! I look forward to all the changes that are happening! It's just making this community the premier community that it is! I love living here!
