I agree with the review about the noise problem. The walls are paper thin; dry wall, studs, dry wall. You can hear everything in and around your apartment. If your neighbor has a snoring problem, he or she will keep you up at night.
The new staff is superb. The maintenance the same. The builder cut corners here, big time; there's nothing like American greed. Apartment layouts don't make any sense, and there is a senseless and mindless noise problem here. I will move out soon. I don't recommend this place unless you are comatose.
