First of all the building are all poorly constructed. There is no noise insulation in the walls and you can hear everything from a neighbors phone call to people above you having sex. This might be expected if you are living in a place and only paying $600 but i am paying over a $1,000. I then went to management to try to break my lease or get moved and they wanted to charge me fees to move to a different apartment on the property and charge me different fees. I would say try old south or westbury estates.

Another problem with the property is there is only one dumpster for the entire property that gets picked up once a week so after three days it is overflowing and all that the management company does is place a piece of wood to block the it so no more trash can be dumped. This causes there to be an overflow of trash on the sidewalk. There is always dog poop in the grass everywhere and cats roaming around. the residents don't bring there trash to the dumpster they often just leave it in front of there doors.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!

I agree with everything in this review. I went thru the same thing. Managements explanation? That's southern living.
