I was very happy when i moved to the area and found what i thought was a great place to call home. Boy was i ever wrong in my decision.

After a week in the apartment, i had to switch what room i slept in because the neighbor had a snoring problem. Now i unserstand that i live in an apartment and i can expect to hear some noise, but this is ridiculous! I wouldnt dare even clip my toenails in the bedroom or i would be afraid to get a noise complaint filed against me. Speaking of noise complaints, i went to the office 3 times about my neighbors dog, they would leave for work at 7AM and the dog would bark non-stop until 10Am. I work nights! I need to sleep during the day! Nothing happened until their lease was up and they moved.

The courtyards flood like a monsoon hit with the lightest rainfall.


the parking is terrible and you will be lucky if your car isnt tampered with in someway during your lease.

I would say the nice things about the community are the pools, a screened in porch(if you are lucky), and the size of the bathrooms.

They sent out a letter stating that each resident MUST have a certain amount of renters insurane or you cant live here. Now, i have renters insurance, but i sure dont need the amount they stated we HAD to have. I got another letter about re-signing my lease. they raised my rent by $45. that isnt much, but considering they are advertising in the paper for the same apartment i have for over $150 less than what i pay now.

Shop around before you sign here, there is much better apartments in the area that actually used insulation during the building process.
