I wanted to correct the comment about going condo. The oldest phase (built in 1995) located on the Golf Course was converted into condos and the other 2 phases, which were built in
1997 & 1999, consisting of 300 units, are still apartment rentals.

So what you're saying is that the best units with the best views are now condos and Ghettos 2 & 3 are rentals. Makes sense to me. Who would want to buy those slum units anyhow!!??
