We moved here from MI without seeing the apartments and I would have to say that overall I am pleased. I feel it is a bit expensive for what you get, but getting the washer and dryer with it helps make up for the expense. (And we got the teacher discount). We have about 2 bugs every day - we keep it very clean though and they spray often. The parking has never been a problem.

The apartment complex is clean - though we seem to be in a predicament with our bikes...since they don't want them on your porch and there isn't a closet in the apt big enough for them. Our neighbors have been great so far - not much noise. The pool is relatively clean. The exercise room is a bit sparse, but it works. Where we are located we don't get ANY channels on TV - so if you are a television watcher you will need to purchase cable. Verizon has zero reception in our apartment.

The office staff is friendly and laid back, but if you get a discounted rate (as we did for the teacher discount), be sure to get it in writing. Happy apartment hunting!
