I have read many of the reviews and quite frankly, I am outraged. Many of you have absolutly no idea the pressure of keeping an ENTIRE complex community happy. Ever hear the expression "You can't please everyone"' There are people who live in the ghettos of Brooklyn who would give their left arm to live in a place like this. The manager, Anna Lee has gone to great lengths for some of you. I know she's put her job on the line for us many a time when we were struggling finacially. Shame on all of you for your negative comments. Pherhaps 60 Pope on HHI would meet your needs.

You must work for her because everyone I have spoken with disagrees with your thoughts on Anna Lee. Yes the apartments are nice, but they could be alot nicer if they were managed appropriately. I may not be qualified to manage an apartment complex, but I do know about customer service skills and how I would like to be treated. The tenants of Summer Isle do not receive friendly service from the management of Summer Isle.
