The manager is rude and selfish.
no respect for elders. cusses residents, and co-workers. just think about it, she has a problem with everyone, 'maybe its her' She has way to many personel problems to be a manager....all the complaints that are being ignored, dont say you wasnt warned when you have no residents left. All Summer Isle needs is a manager that is a people person, the one you have now is definetly not. good luck! this is another resident gone!!!!
