When we moved in last year we had a wonderful leasing agent. She was friendly and helpful, but she left 2 weeks after we moved in. From day one the then assistant manager was not only rude to my husband and me on separte occasions, but also rude to my 6 yr old son. They never did a move in inspection. I called the manager about an issue I had with a payment I had and she was rude and defensive. After the carpet installers dropped a 300 lbs roll of carpet on the floor above us, my husband asked to be notified when they would be working above us because he sometimes works at night. He was informed that simply was not possible. I like the apartments, the 3 bedroom was much bigger than any of the other communities and the price was not bad. This would be a great place to live if the manager and her staff would change their attidutes. Also they could use some speed bumps to slow traffic down.
