Poor excuse for management: very incompetant!

I lived in these apartments for 2.5 years. The apartments were nice when I first moved in but then we started having problems...3 floods (one from our guest bath toilet, one from the air conditioner unit, and one from the apartment upstairs. It took over 6 months for the problems to be "fixed" and there was mold growing all over the carpets which they refused to change and are now in the process of "trying to charge me for" If you move here keep written documentation of everything that happens and a good digital camera may be a smart investment as well. Otherwise the area is pretty nice, a great walking, bike riding neighborhood and the field, is a good place to play some football, etc...If you are willing and prepared to put up with incompetant management, go for it :) 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
