In my first week I had a problem with my dryer. Did'nt work when I moved so two times I had my two loads of clth soak.The first Time was the first night I moved and I called the next morning and report the incident they did'nt fixed it after two days I called again letting them know that I Had called and nobody has fix my dryer. That day somebody came put me a used part to my dryer and told me it was fix.The next day saturday morning I wash my cloth once again two load of cloth soak called them and let them know the problem and told them that I need a dryer
They did'nt repair or change my dryer because
the maitance guy had finish his shift and he did not want to wake up the person in charge of the maintance service.So once again no body assist me in my problem.I had to wait until Tuesday to talk to the manager explain the inconvience of my situation of my first week living there.She concess me $100.00 of July Rent And know Theyre charging me the money.I had Called More Than four times explaining the situation how you tell somebody that you apologize for the inconvinience concess $100.00 and then charged me for that money. They don't know how to manage or they don't know what customer service mean. This Is for a dryer and employer not knowing how to handle a situation imagine something bigger than this.
