Overall a nice Apartment Complex

This is the first apartment I have ever lived in and the thought of doing so was rather scary after all of the stories you hear about most complexes.
We have been living in Summer Isle for 4 months now and we have been very happy. The grounds are very well kept, there is a nice pool and fitness room. The kids can get a bit loud after school outside but thats what kids do and it is not all hours of the day and night.
The interior of the apartment is pretty nice. Washer, dryer, dish washer and screened in porch. Nice layout and even a few "design" extras so its not so bland.
We like to take walks at night and the area is perfect for them.. several ponds in the area to walk around. It is actually very pretty.
The management seems great although we have not had a problem yet to judge how it would be handled.
Overall I would recommend Summer Isle. I give it a 8.
